Garmin vs Polar vs COROS vs Apple Battery, GPS and Maps Compared
The Apple Watch Ultra 2 lasts 36 hours. The COROS Pace Pro lasts 20 days. That is a 13-fold difference between two watches sold to the same person, and it decides more about which one you should own than any feature list.

What the table actually decides
If you charge weekly and forget, buy on smartwatch battery. The COROS at 20 days and the Forerunner at 23 days are in a different category from the Apple Watch Ultra 2 at 36 hours. The Apple is not a bad watch; it is a watch you charge every night, and that is a lifestyle decision rather than a spec.
If you race long, buy on GPS-mode battery. The Polar Vantage V3 records 61 hours, the COROS 38, the Forerunner 31, the Venu 26. For a marathon any of them is fine. For an ultra, the order matters and the Polar wins outright.
Dual-frequency GPS is the accuracy feature worth paying for if you run in cities or under tree cover, and four of the five have it. The Venu 3 does not, which is consistent with what it is: a health and sleep watch that also tracks runs, rather than a training tool.
Maps are the Garmin argument. The Forerunner 965 puts full-colour maps on the wrist and the COROS and Polar carry offline maps too. If you only run known routes this is worth nothing, and you should buy on battery instead.
The Garmin, Polar and Apple watches in this comparison sit in one list, kept current so a discontinued model does not send you to a dead page.
The honest summary
Three of these are excellent and the differences are about how you live, not about which is better. Longest battery: COROS. Longest race: Polar. Maps and ecosystem: Garmin. Everything-else-in-your-life: Apple, if you accept the nightly charge.
