Legion Triumph Review
A sport multivitamin with disclosed doses. The harder question is whether a multivitamin does anything for someone who already eats well.
A well-constructed multivitamin with nothing hidden. Whether you need a multivitamin at all is a separate question, and for most people eating a varied diet the answer is no.

The uncomfortable finding about multivitamins
Large trials of multivitamins in generally healthy, well-fed populations have not shown reductions in mortality or major disease. That is the honest starting point, and it is why we will not tell you a multivitamin is essential. What multivitamins do reliably is cover gaps — and whether you have gaps depends on what you eat, not on what you train.
When a gap is actually likely
Restrictive diets, a sustained calorie deficit, low vegetable intake, limited sun exposure, or a diet with few animal products all raise the odds of a genuine shortfall. GLP-1 users eating much less food are a clear case. If none of those describe you, a blood test is a better purchase than a multivitamin.
What this one does well
Every dose is on the label with no proprietary blend, which is not the norm in this category. It also includes KSM-66 ashwagandha and CoQ10, which are extras rather than vitamins — the ashwagandha has reasonable trial support for cortisol and sleep, and it is dosed openly.
Who it is for
- You are eating in a deficit and your food variety has dropped
- You eat few vegetables or follow a restrictive diet
- You want a multivitamin with every dose disclosed
- You eat a varied diet with plenty of plants — the evidence does not support a benefit
- You are looking for a performance effect. A multivitamin is insurance, not a stimulus
